To accommodate minimum order requirements, orders will be placed cyclically in the fall
and spring.

FAQs
Q1: How do I place an order?
A: Select your desired items, customize them with your choice of logo, add a sleeve
embroidery with your program name or class year (optional), and proceed to checkout to
complete your purchase.
Q2: What customization options are available?
A: You can choose any approved NOSM University logo in English, French, or Oji-Cree.
Options will be listed with the product. The logo will be embroidered on the left chest area.
You may also add your program name or class year as sleeve embroidery.
Q3: What is the deadline for placing orders?
A: Late orders cannot be accepted. If you miss this ordering period, you can place an order
during the next cycle.
Q4: When will I receive my order?
A: The estimated delivery is between 2 – 4 weeks after the close of the ordering period.
Q5: How will my order be delivered?
A: Orders will be shipped directly to the address you provide during checkout. Shipping
costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Q6: Can I return or exchange my item?
A: Since these items are customized, returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of
defects or errors in customization. Please ensure all selections are correct before finalizing
your order.

Q8: How do I determine the correct size?
A: Please refer to Patagonia’s Size & Fit Guide before selecting your size.
Q9: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and American
Express.
Q10: Is my personal information secure?
A: Yes, all personal and payment information is securely processed and used solely for
